These terms govern your use of loot-art.com and any purchase you make from Loot Art LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Every Loot Art print is made to order. We offer fine art paper prints, rolled canvas, stretched canvas, framed fine art paper, and framed canvas. Colors on your screen are an approximation: variations between monitors, and slight variation between print runs, are normal and are not defects.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, the price or description was in error, or we suspect fraud.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
The artwork sold by Loot Art is owned by the artists who created it, and is licensed to us for sale. Buying a print gives you the right to display it personally. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not give you the right to reproduce, scan, resell as a reproduction, or make commercial use of the image. The Loot Art name, logo, and site content are our property or our licensors'.
If you submit work through our artist page, you confirm that you own the rights to it and that you are free to license it to us. Submitting work does not create a partnership or any obligation on our part. Any commercial arrangement will be set out in a separate written agreement.
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means without our permission, or to infringe anyone's rights.
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
