We ship to the 50 US states only. We do not ship to US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands, or to APO and FPO military addresses. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually rather than shipped free, so please contact us before ordering. We do not yet deliver internationally.
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered to the contiguous 48 states, with no minimum. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Carrier rates to those states are substantially higher, so shipping there is quoted individually rather than included. Please contact us before ordering and we will send you a quote.
Framed art and stretched canvas arrive fully assembled and ready to hang, packed in a rigid flat box. No framing needed on your end.
Prints and rolled canvas ship rolled in a protective tube, ready for you to frame.
Every print is made to order, so there are two stages to the wait:
Most orders therefore arrive within 3 to 8 business days of being placed. Larger framed pieces sit at the longer end of that range. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated for several days, email orders@loot-art.com and we will chase it.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has entered production, and we are not able to refund orders that are lost because of an incorrect address. Framed pieces cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak holiday volume can push delivery beyond the estimates above. These estimates are not guarantees.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but nothing has arrived, email orders@loot-art.com within 30 days with your order number and any photographs you have. See our Refund Policy for how we resolve these.
